My visit with THE BABY

Our only child together is the baby of the crew. DT commonly called her THE BABY. She has a unique relationship with all of her siblings. She is the link between them all. She has all the rough parts of Darryl and I. She is nothing like we thought she would be.

When she was born she was so small she wore premie clothing. She was quiet and observant most of her life. We thought she was going to be a dainty little runt. I put her in self confidence classes because I was afraid she was too shy. Little did I know she was the furthest away from shy.

She is me and DT and I don't know why or where I thought she would get a nice quiet personality from. This girl is tough.

She has always been strong willed and focused. Me. She has always been able to look after herself. DT. She has always had a HIGH opinion of herself and BIG personality. DT.

She is THE BABY. Her Daddy's baby and my only. She tires me out, but I laugh and smile when I think of her.

I got to spend this weekend with her attending the Beyoncé concert. Beyoncé said "shoutout to Alana" and I knew she 100% believed it was a personal shout out to her😂!

That's my baby. She fills all of our hearts. She keeps us together. I am thankful for her 🥰
