I am Tameka Thompson, leader, teacher, friend, widow, mother, woman, and coach. A native of Flint, MI I learned the importance of strategically planning out my goals and ultimately, my life, from a young age. While continuously learning and perfecting the art of manifesting the life for me, one common phrase reminded me that being stagnant is a mental barrier that we must overcome everyday: Just Keep Going.

On some of my toughest days I’ll say to myself “Okay Tameka, this isn’t the outcome you envisioned but just keep going and see what happens.” The phrase become something I passed on to my children, friends, and employees. A simple phrase,  later simplified to the acronym JKG. Something fast to remind yourself that each goal is one small step after another.

Through coaching, motivational, speaking, and mindfulness guidance, I hope that I can aspire you to Just Keep Going as well!
