I sit in my truth, pain, hurt, and fears and present them to the world.

I've learned to stop pretending to be stronger than I am. I've embraced my vulnerability and humanity.

I am just a woman living through a phase we will all go through.

It is not a badge of dishonor to admit that some days I am lost, confused, angry, sad and heartbroken.

Some days I am smiles and sunshine. Other days I am tears and gloom. Everyday I show up as Tameka.

I am grateful to the Universe for creating humility in me. I am free to be myself at all times. I don't have an image to uphold or a status to maintain.
