Fitting in
I, in fact don't fit in. I laugh heartily, I disagree openly, I talk loudly.
In the early years I struggled with fitting in. Try as I might, I never fit in with the square culture of the circle world.
As I was growing and defining who I was, I learned that I would always be the curved object trying you fit into a square peg.
I learned to look for and find my tribe. There have been some bumps in the road during my journey, however, the best culture for me is one that I can be the quirky, weird crazy person that I am. Where I don't have to worry about actually fitting in, but where I am free to create, fail, recover, and restart - where I can be the nerd that I am :)
