You will never get Today back!

The thing about being a caregiver to someone is that at some point you come to the resolve that they are going to die. You are going to die. We all are going to die.

Time becomes your most precious commodity. You realize that any moment could be your last with someone. You start to be very conscious of the conversations and time spent with people. This holds true for everyone you encounter. You start to think about your own mortality. You realize that our time spent here on earth is short in the grand scheme of things.

So days, hours, minutes become your most valuable commodity. You realize that you’ve put a lot of your life, your goals, your wants, and your needs, on hold…BUT you realize that the clock is ticking on the amount of days you have left. Suddenly you understand that each day has an expiration and you’ll never get this day back. You learn to make the most of each day, hour, minute, and second.

Make a mark in someone's life so that your legacy lives on. Make each moment count! L O V E 💜
