Adventures in Tameka-ish

Tuesday - I read a post on social media of a young mom that lost everything and couldn’t afford anything for her kids Christmas. I spoke with her and decided, I’ll make sure her babies have a good Christmas.

I receive a check that covered the cost.

Today, I dropped off 18 gifts bags to women needing a smile.

I am smiling ear to ear. I once read a post saying “be the person you needed when you were younger”

A few weeks ago, I got a call and request to speak to young ladies…baby THANK YOU GOD & GIVE ME THE WORDS TO SAY TO THE PEOPLE THAT NEED ME!

I remember watching my mom stress and struggle to put us a decent Christmas together. I knew I never wanted anyone in my family to feel that way. The Universe said to me “your reach is farther than your family”…and set me off to seek more. I used to think my team members and employees were my assignment. They weren't.

The world had so much more for me. And I am glad that the Universe is aligning me to reach further and dig deeper to find my assignment.

When I delivered the Christmas presents to the family Wednesday morning, the Lord gave me the most amazing sign to let me know I am going in the right direction. I couldn’t leave fast enough to hide my tears.

November of 2020. I felt betrayed by someone I felt I was helping. God said that wasn’t my assignment…He has shown me that my assignment is so much bigger, so much better, and that when I work by His will, there is no misunderstanding; I will feel and know that what I am doing is for the greater good. So thank you. I hope that you have found your purpose, because I have truly found mine 💜
