It's okay to not be okay…
A lot of people are struggling. Some days are good and some days are beyond bad.
It’s okay.
We are human, not robots. We feel. We have emotions and some days those emotions can be all over the place…leaving us emotionally spent and depressed😔
It’s okay.
The sun doesn’t shine every day ✨️ yet we never worry that it will never shine again. Some nights the moon is covered by the clouds ☁️ but we never fear we won’t see it again.
It is okay to have bad days. It’s okay to feel sad, depressed, and down. Allow yourself and your body to release those emotions. Cry. Scream. Yell. Punch something…let it out. Allow yourself to re-energize and reboot. Allow all those bottled up emotions to be liberated, freed, weak…allow yourself to be NOK…
It’s okay to be Not OK
Just don’t let yourself live there too long. The Universe has an assignment for you💫 if it is only to be a beacon of hope and an example for someone else braving the same fight you are going through…you have a purpose. And I am rooting for you 💜
