I want this gift more than the coveted Red Rider 200 shot range model air rifle.

This gift isn’t specifically for me, but it would make me eternally grateful and elated. As I set down to redo my goals on my Vision Board for the 2023 year, I reflect on how things would be different if I had this “gift”.

I would like a brand new fully functional kidney for my husband. I would like for him to be the vibrant, strong willed, blunt old man that he used fo be. I want him to pack up the car and say “let’s go”. I want to be able to travel to all 50 states by 50…we have made it to 25, and he has been sick the last 5 years….I imagine we would have driven the east coast by now, making our mark with funny memories.

I wish good health upon everyone I know and love. I wish for a CURE for dialysis and kidney disease. And all other diseases. I wish things were the way they used to be.

In the mean time, I am mindful of others during this holiday season. I pray for everyone's health and well being.
