If you know me, you know that I feel uncomfortable and anxious about talking about myself and my accomplishments.

I got my press release yesterday. Today I worked up the nerve to send it to my closest friends and family.

As I look over my accomplishments, I acknowledge that if anyone else achieved this much I’d be clapping loudly for them.

I was taught to be humble and never brag on myself. I am working to unlearn this!

I have achieved more than I could have ever imagined and I am proud of myself.

I’m building a brand to help other women achieve their goals 🥰
